We envision a resilient health and education system powered by youth, innovation, and solidarity, where artificial intelligence and digital transformation enhance learning, decision-making, and emergency response in the face of health and humanitarian crises.

Mission

To empower the next generation of surgical and global health leaders in Ukraine through education, research, advocacy, and innovation. We strive to:

• Integrate surgery into national and global health policy as a pillar of Universal Health Coverage;

• Advance digital learning and artificial intelligence as tools for health equity and knowledge sharing, especially in fragile and crisis-affected settings;

• Promote education in emergencies and safeguard learning environments from attacks;

• Prioritize the health and well-being of students, healthcare workers, and communities through evidence-based, context-specific solutions;

• Build a multidisciplinary movement that centers resilience, youth leadership, and systems transformation.
